Goodness Mela: Spreading Diwali Joy Among the Visually Disabled

On 16th October 2025, Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts and Commerce- Socials, in collaboration with Akshayashakti and the Rotary Club of Mumbai National Park, organized Goodness Mela: Joy of Giving to celebrate the spirit of Diwali. The event aimed to spread festive cheer and happiness among visually disabled individuals. Diwali ration kits were thoughtfully distributed to 50 beneficiaries, reflecting the true essence of compassion and community bonding. This heart warming initiative allowed students to experience the joy of giving and highlighted the importance of kindness during the festive season, making it a memorable and meaningful celebration for all involved.

Goodness Mela – "Birsa Munda Balgurukul"

Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts and Commerce - Socials, in association with the Mhatrewadi Welfare Resident Association, organized Goodness Mela: Joy of Giving on 15th October 2025 at Birsa Munda Balgurukul to celebrate the spirit of Deepawali. The event aimed to spread happiness and festive cheer among underprivileged children. Diwali faral (traditional sweets and snacks) and diya kits were lovingly distributed to 70 student beneficiaries. This thoughtful initiative promoted community bonding and compassion, allowing students to experience the joy and warmth of the festival. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of sharing and kindness during Diwali.

Medical Camp Organized at TRCAC Campus

TRCAC Socials, in association with Lions Club Vasai and Apex Hospital Borivali, organized a medical camp for teaching and non-teaching staff on 11th October 2025, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the TRCAC campus. With the motto "Your Health, Our Priority," the camp aimed to promote health awareness and preventive care. A total of 72 staff members benefited from various health check-ups, including ECG, blood pressure, diabetes screening, oxygen saturation, and eye check-up. TRCAC thanks the organizing partners and medical professionals for their valuable contribution to the well-being of the staff.

Haldi Kumkum Samarambh on Occasion of Navratri

"TRCAC Socials of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized a Haldi Kumkum Samarambh on 27th September 2025 for the non-teaching lady staff. The event beautifully honored tradition and togetherness, with 58 staff members being felicitated during the celebration with saree, bindis and bangles."

Free Cycle Distribution (Project Pink Cycle)

Project Pink Cycle an initiative by Rotrary Club of Mumbai National Park aims to Distribute 66 Cycles to the school going girls in association with TRCAC Socials Free Cycle Distribution was organised at Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce were 17 Cycles were distributed to the beneficiaries.

Free Blood Testing Camp

The TRCAC Socials Unit of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce had organised a Free Blood Testing Camp for the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Thakur Ramnarayan Educational Campus. This initiative was aimed at promoting health awareness and encouraging early detection of health issues among staff members. The camp provided essential blood tests and guidance from medical professionals, ensuring better well-being for all participants.

Independence Day Celebration at Birsa Munda Balgurukul

Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit at Birsa Munda Balgurukul by TRCAC Socials Unit of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce. The event brought together students, teachers, and volunteers to honor the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and to instill a sense of national pride. The celebration included flag hoisting, cultural performances, patriotic songs, and speeches, making it a memorable occasion for all.

Ration Kit Distribution - Birsa Munda Balgurukul

TRCAC Socials, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Mumbai National Park, is organizing a Ration Kit Distribution Programme on 11th August 2025 at Birsa Munda Balgurukul – SGNP. The initiative aims to provide essential food supplies to support the students and families of the tribal community, promoting compassion, community service, and social responsibility among our staff and students.

Raksha Bandhan Celebration with Non- Teaching Staff

On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, TRCAC Socials is delighted to organize a special celebration with the Non-Teaching Staff of Thakur Ramnarayan Educational Campus. This initiative aims to honor and appreciate the invaluable contribution of our non-teaching members, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution. Stationery Kit Distribution - Birsa Munda Balgurukul

The TRCAC Socials Unit of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized a stationery kit distribution drive at Birsa Munda Balgurukul as part of its community outreach efforts. A total of 65 students were benefitted through the distribution of essential stationery kits and snacks, aimed at supporting their educational needs. The initiative was actively supported by 6 faculty members and enthusiastic NSS volunteers, who played a vital role in coordinating and engaging with the children. This noble effort reflects the college’s commitment to social responsibility and educational empowerment.

Yoga Day Celebration - Birsa Munda Balgurukul

TRCAC Socials unit of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts and Commerce organized Yoga Day Celebration on account of International Yoga Day on the 21st of June, 2024. Mr. Suresh Rokadkatti was invited as Yoga Instructor for the student of Birsa Munda Balgurukul. He not only informed the participants about the importance of yoga in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle but also helped with live demonstrations.

Independence Day Celebration at "Birsa Munda Balgurukul"

TRCAC Socials organised Flag Hoisting ceremony at "Birsa Munda Balgurukul" on Occassion of 78th Independence Day. Where students studying in Birsa Munda Balgurukul participated with great enthusiasm. Students of Birsa Munda Balgurukul particpated in Dance, Singing & Poetry. Stationery kits were also distributed to our student of Birsa Munda Balgurukul.

Free Blood Testing Camp

TRCAC Socials Organised Free Blood Testing Camp for the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Thakur Ramnarayan Educational Campus on occassion of 78th Independence Day. Free Blood Testing of C.B.C & Thyroid was done where more than 50 staff took benefit of the camp.

Free Dental Check-up Camp

A Dental Checkup camp was organised by TRCAC Socials on 20th July 2024 for the Teaching, Non-Teaching and Students of Thakur Ramanmarayn Educational Campus. More than 250 beneficiaries participated and took advantage of the camp. Dental Kits(colgate, toothbrush & tongue cleaner) were also distributed to the beneficiaries during the camp.

Free Medical Camp

ठाकुर रामनारायण कॉलेज ऑफ़ आर्ट्स एंड कॉमर्स की TRCAC Socials यूनिट ने शनिवार दिनांक ६ जुलाई 2024 को सुबह 10 बजे से दुपहर २ बजे तक मुफ़्त चिकित्सा शिविर का आयोजन किया था जिसमें 109 स्टाफ सम्मिलित हुए और मुफ़्त चिकित्सा शिविर का लाभ उठाया मुफ़्त चिकित्सा शिविर में बॉडी चेकअप, डायबिटीज चेकअप, आँखों की जाँच, ब्लडप्रेशर, ऑक्सीजन लेवल, ईसीजी इत्यादि जाँचो का निःशुल्क आयोजन किया गया।
