District-Level Sports Achievement – Mumbai Zone

Our institution proudly participated in the district-level sports competition organized by My Yuva Bharat in the Mumbai Zone. The event showcased a variety of athletic competitions, including Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Running, and Shot Put, providing a platform for young talents to demonstrate their skills and sportsmanship. We are delighted to share the outstanding achievements of our students: The TRCAC boys’ team delivered an exceptional performance in Kabaddi and successfully qualified for the State Level Championship. Our girls’ Kho-Kho team displayed remarkable coordination and determination, securing the 2nd position. These accomplishments reflect the dedication, discipline, and hard work of our students, as well as the constant guidance and support of our coaches. Palghar District Block Sports 2026 by My Yuva Bharat

The Palghar District Block Sports Event 2026, organized by My Yuva Bharat in collaboration with TRCAC, was successfully held at Dahisar Sports Foundation. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a spirit of healthy competition among students while fostering unity and sportsmanship. Students actively participated in various sports events including Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Badminton, and Athletics, showcasing their skills and enthusiasm. TRCAC students delivered an excellent performance, securing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions across multiple events. TRCAC Cricket Boys played at the Quarter Finals

The TRCAC Boys have once again proven their determination and team spirit by securing a remarkable victory in the University of Mumbai Season Cricket Tournament. Leading from the front, the team showcased excellent coordination and confidence on the field. Batting first, TRCAC posted a competitive total of 135 runs in 20 overs, setting a challenging target for their opponents, Sathye College. A standout performance from participants was seen who played a fantastic innings, scoring an impressive 75 runs and anchoring the team’s batting lineup. His consistency and skill played a crucial role in building a strong foundation for the team’s success. The players displayed great discipline and energy throughout the match, contributing both individually and collectively. This well-earned victory not only highlights their hard work but also marks an important milestone, TRCAC played at Quarter Finals. Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme 2026 at Srinath University, Jharkhand

Block Level Sports Event – My Youth Bharat

The Block Level Sports Competition organized by My Youth Bharat was successfully conducted at Dahisar Sports Foundation. Our TRCAC students actively participated in various games, including Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Shot Put, and 100 meters running. The students showcased great enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the event. The competition provided an excellent platform for our students to display their athletic talents and gain valuable experience. Youth Exchange Program at Silvassa (Gujrat)

Students of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts and Commerce enthusiastically participated in the Youth Exchange Program organized by My Youth Bharat, proudly representing University of Mumbai and showcasing the rich and vibrant Maharashtrian culture. During the program, the students visited various places in Silvassa, where the event was organized. Prize Distribution Ceremony of Kridangan 2025-26

Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts and Commerce successfully organized Kridangan 2025–26, the Annual Intra-College Sports Event, with vibrant enthusiasm and active student participation. Over 500 students took part, reflecting a strong and growing sports culture on campus. The event featured a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and leadership. The Prize Distribution Ceremony was honored by respected dignitaries who emphasized the role of sports in holistic development. The Maratha Mandir’s Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies organized the inter‑collegiate sports event Magma on at the University Sports Pavilion, Mumbai. The program saw enthusiastic participation from 400 individuals. The inauguration featured a march past, hoisting of the college flag, and an inspiring speech by Principal. Various indoor and team sports such as badminton, chess, kabaddi, volleyball, and turf cricket were conducted. The objectives were to encourage fitness, sportsmanship among the college community. 5 KM Marathon 2025-2026 by Sailee Degree college

The 5 Km Marathon 2025-26, organized by a degree college in association with a foundation, was successfully conducted. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and a spirit of healthy competition among students. It witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 800 individuals, including faculty members and students. The programme began with a march past, the hoisting of the college flag, and an inspiring inaugural address. Students actively participated, displaying great enthusiasm, discipline, and teamwork throughout the event. The marathon provided a valuable platform to develop leadership skills, confidence, and camaraderie. “ORIGIN” organized by Anandibai Damodar Kale Degree College of Arts and Commerce. The event was held at the college campus from 10 am onwards with the objective to promote physical fitness, team spirit, and a healthy competitive environment among students while fostering unity and teamwork. The event engaged students in extracurricular activities, encouraged camaraderie, and highlighted sports’ role in academic life. Kridangan 2026 Ignites the Arena with Passion, Power, and Performance

The Sports committee of Thakur Ramnarayan College successfully hosted Kridangan 2026, an electrifying Inter-Collegiate Indoor & Outdoor Sports Tournament. Students from various courses brought unstoppable energy, sharp strategies, and exemplary sportsmanship, turning the event into a thrilling celebration of athletic excellence. The tournament featured 14 sporting disciplines with nearly 400 participants competing across 5 fields of play, showcasing focus, patience, teamwork, and true camaraderie. The event was further graced by the presence of esteemed world-renowned Karate player, Shihan Sharmila Ratan Gharu, whose inspiring presence elevated the spirit of the tournament and motivated participants to perform at their best. The Sports Committee of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce organized the “Mumbai Block Sports Event 2026” at Dahisar Sports Foundation. One hundred students participated in various sports like Kho‑Kho, kabaddi, 100 m race, and shot put. Participation in Powerlifting Competition 2024

On 7th and 8th December 2024, our college students participated in the Powerlifting Competition held at JSSP College, Goveli. Though the competition was tough, our students gave their best effort and demonstrated incredible strength, determination, and sportsmanship. We are proud of their dedication and the spirit they brought to the event. Their hard work and perseverance are truly commendable, and they have set a great example for others. The Annual Athletics events in the university.

The annual athletics is one of the most awaited events in the university. The students participate with great zeal and excitement.Students are divided into various houses and are allocated team captains and sports faculty coordinators. On the sports day, flags are pitched in the University sports pavilion,Marine lines,Mumbai.All the students participate in different activities and teachers guide them in organizing various events. Every year a notable sports person is invited as the chief guest to preside over the function. March Past, Mass Drill Competitions are also held house-wise.

Boxing Competition 2024 – Semi-Finalists!

On 12th November 2024, the Boxing Competition was held at Raheja College, Bandra, and we are proud to announce that our college students participated fiercely in the event and made it to the Semi-finals! Kridangan 2024 - A Grand Intra-College Sports Event at TRCAC College of Arts and Commerce

We are excited to announce that the Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts and Commerce boys' volleyball team triumphed in their 1st match against Sathye College, held on 11th October 2024 at the Kalina Campus, Santacruz. With a stellar performance, our team secured a fantastic win and made an impressive entry into the 1st Qualifier with a bang! Tug of War Parivartan 2023-24

On 28th January,2024 JES Degree College,Organised Inter-college sport "Parivartan" in that college team of Boys Participated and won 1st Prize in Tug of war in thrilling Match the Match went to dire Situation ,Where More than 15 colleges Participated all over from Mumbai.

On 15th December ,2023 Thakur Ramnarayan college of Arts and Commerce Organised Intra-college sports events for 3days 15th,16th and 18th December 2023. Where various sports events were organised by Sports Department.where more than 400 participated from each department.It includes indoor games like chess,carrom,Table tennis and Outdoors events Kabbdi,Cricket,Tug of war,Volley ball.The students played entusatically and with a game spirit..
