1 What programmes are offered by Thakur Ramnarayan College of Arts & Commerce?
TRCAC offers Junior College (FYJC & SYJC) in Arts and Commerce (affiliated to Maharashtra State Board).

Degree College (Undergraduate) programmes in Arts, Commerce & Science (Information Technology and Computer Science) affiliated to the University of Mumbai along with value-added and certificate courses designed to enhance employability and practical skills.
2 How can I apply for admission to TRCAC?
Junior College: Admissions are through the Government Online Admission Portal (https://11thadmission.org.in).

Degree College: Students must first fill out the University of Mumbai pre-admission form, and then complete the TRCAC online admission form available on the college website.

Note: All admission schedules are displayed on the website and college notice board.
3 What are the minimum eligibility requirements for admission?
Junior College: Pass in SSC (10th Standard) or equivalent.

Degree College: Pass in HSC (12th Standard) or equivalent, with required subject combinations as per University of Mumbai norms.
4 Does the college have any reservation or minority quota?
Yes. TRCAC is a Hindi Linguistic Minority Institution and follows all Government and University norms regarding reservations for minority and statutory categories.
5 Can I cancel my admission and take back my original documents?
Yes. Students may apply in writing to cancel their admission. Original documents are returned as per the college’s cancellation policy and University of Mumbai guidelines.
6 Does TRCAC offer placement assistance?
Yes. The Placement Cell actively collaborates with companies and conducts campus drives, aptitude training, internships, and workshops to enhance student employability.
7 Are there opportunities for internships and skill development?
Yes. The college organizes internships, seminars, industrial visits, and training sessions under various training modules of the Training and Higher Education Committee, the PREP Programme, and initiatives such as SDAC Internship.
8 Does the college offer hybrid or online learning options?
Yes. TRCAC adopts hybrid learning through Google Classroom, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital resources, ensuring students have access to learning materials anytime, anywhere.
9 What facilities are available on campus?
The campus includes smart classrooms, computer laboratories, a library with e-resources, seminar halls, sports facilities, and a student common area. Wi-Fi access is available in designated zones.
10 What student support systems are available?
TRCAC provides mentorship programmes, counseling services, remedial sessions, and assistance in applying for Government Scholarships such as the Minority Scholarship, Freeship, and other State and Central Government schemes, as well as ANGC scholarship.
11 What co-curricular and extracurricular activities can students join?
Students can participate in NSS, CEEP, DevClub TRCAC (Tech Club), TRCAC Socials, Green Club, and college fests such as Solasta, Kulture Kaarvaan, Darbaar, Commvictus & Zettaabyte, along with intercollegiate competitions.
12 Does the college have a grievance redressal mechanism?
Yes. The college has Student Grievance, Anti-Ragging, and Internal Complaints Committees to ensure a safe and inclusive campus environment.
13 How can I pay my fees and check my attendance through the college ERP?
Students can access the TRCAC ERP Portal at m-trcac.digitaledu.in to complete fee payments, view attendance, download hall tickets, check exam forms, and access academic records.

After logging in with their registered mobile number or credentials, students can:
• Pay fees online using the “Fees” section
• Check daily/subject-wise attendance under the “Attendance” menu
• Download receipts and academic documents

For login or technical issues, students may contact the College Office or their Class In-charge.
14 What are the college timings and working days?
The college generally functions Monday to Saturday. Timings vary for Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. Detailed schedules are displayed on the Notice Board and website at the beginning of each semester.
15 Where can I find updates about notices, timetables, and exam schedules?
All official announcements are uploaded on the college website and College ERP (https://m-trcac.digitaledu.in/) . Students are advised to check regularly for updates.
